Our G304 series waterproof switch subminiature waterproof micro switch has the following applications on battery vehicles:

Footrest status monitoring: As a footrest switch, when the battery vehicle stops and puts down the footrest, the micro switch disconnects the circuit to prevent accidental start. During driving, if the footrest is not fully retracted, the micro switch will prevent the battery vehicle from starting, and can also feedback the footrest status to the control system to provide status prompts.

Brake light control: Installed at the brake handle, when the brake handle is squeezed, the subminiature waterproof micro switch is triggered, the brake light circuit is connected, the brake light is turned on, and the rear vehicles and pedestrians are alerted. Its waterproof performance ensures normal operation in wet environments such as rainy days or car washing.

Power switch auxiliary: It can be used as an auxiliary switch for the main power switch. In some specific situations, such as when the battery vehicle fails and the power needs to be cut off, or to prevent accidental power on, the power is disconnected by operating the subminiature waterproof micro switch to play a protective role.

Charger connection detection: A micro switch is installed at the battery vehicle charger interface. When the charger is plugged in and connected well, the micro switch is triggered and sends a signal to the battery vehicle control system, indicating that the charger is connected and charging can begin. If the charger is not plugged in properly or accidentally falls off, the micro switch will give feedback in time and stop charging to prevent abnormal charging.
