Different uses of microswitches: Microswitch is a pressure actuated fast switch, also known as sensitive switch. A small stroke, instantaneous action of the main electrical appliance, micro switch is a small contact switch, hand gently touch on the switch, the factory is commonly used as a short circuit inside the switch, overcurrent protection, when the external mechanical force is used to operate the button, the operating button will move down, through the hook to stretch the spring. When the spring is pulled to a certain length, the moving reed moves rapidly downward, and the contact at the right end of the moving reed turns to contact with the normally open contact below, so as to realize the conversion of the circuit. If the external force is removed, the contact is converted instantaneously under the action of the spring restoring force. With the addition of some rollers or presses, other structural types of microswitches can be derived, which can be adapted to different purposes. Widely used in mice, household appliances, industrial machinery, motorcycles and other places, the switch is small, but plays an irreplaceable role.
The working principle of the microswitch is that the external mechanical force is applied to the action reed through the transmission element, and the energy is accumulated to the critical point, resulting in instantaneous action, so that the moving contact at the end of the action film is quickly connected or disconnected from the fixed contact. When the force on the transmission element is removed, the action reed produces a force, and when the reverse stroke of the transmission element reaches the action critical point of the reed, it is completed instantaneously. The microswitch has small contact spacing, short action stroke, small press power and quick on-off. The operating speed of the moving contact has nothing to do with the operating speed of the transmission element. The micro switch takes the pin type as the basic type, and can be derived from the button short stroke type, the button large stroke type, the button large stroke type, the roller button type, the reed roller type, the lever roller type, the short boom type, the long boom type, etc. Microswitches are used in electronic equipment and other equipment for automatic control and safety protection devices that require frequent circuit changes. Micro switch is divided into large, medium, small, according to different needs can be divided into waterproof type and ordinary type, the switch connects two lines, for electrical appliances, machines and so on to provide power control.
The control of the microswitch is realized by the throttle pull CAM which controls the throttle opening. The microswitch is installed on the appropriate position of the pull wire CAM. When the throttle pull wire CAM is back, hold the microswitch arm, disconnect the relay electromagnetic coil power supply, disconnect the relay, stop the power supply to the electric turbine, and make the product stop working. Similarly, when the throttle is opened, the throttle pull CAM releases the micro-switch arm, the micro-switch is closed, the power supply of the relay base coil is connected, the relay is closed, the power supply to the electric turbine is supplied, and the product works. The switch time of the electric turbocharger can be controlled manually by using the position of the pull-down CAM at different engine speeds to turn the microswitch off or off.
