Waterproof micro switches have many applications in smart mops: prevent smart mops from accidentally starting when the water tank is not installed, the mop or the lid is not closed, and avoid water leakage, damage to the machine and other problems caused by missing parts or improper installation.
Detect the water level of the water tank. When the water level is too low, the micro switch is triggered, an alarm is sounded or the mop is automatically stopped to prevent the water pump from idling and damaging.
Detect whether the mop is installed correctly. If the mop is not installed or not installed properly, the micro switch will prevent the machine from starting to ensure the mopping effect.
Install a micro switch on the charging station. When the mop returns to the charging station and docks correctly, the micro switch senses and notifies the machine to start charging; after charging is completed, the micro switch can feedback a signal to stop the machine from charging.
Installed at the front or side of the mop, when the machine collides with an obstacle, the micro switch can detect it in time and transmit the signal to the control system, so that the mop changes the running direction or stops running to avoid damage.
