Our G5W11 waterproof micro switch has the following main applications in hydraulic locks:
Status monitoring and feedback: When the hydraulic lock is in the locked state, the waterproof micro switch can sense the position of the lock tongue or locking mechanism through the mechanical connection with the lock body, thereby sending a signal to the control system, indicating that the hydraulic lock has been successfully locked. When the hydraulic lock needs to be unlocked, the micro switch can also monitor the unlocking action and feedback the unlocking completion signal to the control system, so that the operator can understand the working status of the hydraulic lock.
Safety protection function: In some potentially dangerous occasions, such as mines, docks, etc., if the hydraulic lock is accidentally opened or not completely locked, the waterproof micro switch can detect it in time and trigger the corresponding safety mechanism, such as cutting off the power supply of related equipment, sounding an alarm, etc., to prevent safety accidents caused by the failure of the hydraulic lock.
Interlocking control with other equipment: The waterproof micro switch can be linked with other equipment in the hydraulic system, such as hydraulic pumps, solenoid valves, etc. For example, only when the hydraulic lock has been successfully locked through the feedback of the micro switch, the hydraulic pump is allowed to start the next step; or when the hydraulic lock is unlocked, the related equipment is automatically controlled to stop running, realizing the automation and safe operation of the entire hydraulic system.
When selecting a waterproof micro switch, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as the working environment, working pressure, stroke requirements, and electrical parameters of the hydraulic lock to ensure that it can work stably and reliably in the application of the hydraulic lock.
