Our G3 series waterproof switches have a variety of applications on forklifts:
Start and power control: As the start switch of the forklift, it controls the start and stop of the forklift's engine or electric drive system. Due to the complex working environment of the forklift, it may encounter rain, flushing water, etc. The waterproof switch can effectively prevent water from entering the switch, avoid short circuits, leakage and other problems, and ensure the normal start of the forklift and the stable operation of the power system.
Lighting and signal control: used to control the forklift's headlights, turn signals, brake lights, warning lights and other lighting systems, as well as signal devices such as horns. In a humid environment or when washing the vehicle, the waterproof switch can ensure that the lighting and signal functions are not affected, so that the forklift can accurately send out light and sound signals in various weather and working conditions, improving the safety of the operation.
Hydraulic system control: The hydraulic system of the forklift is used to control the lifting, tilting and other actions of the forklift. The waterproof switch can be installed on the hydraulic control handle or operation panel to control the start, stop and switching of the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic valve, ensuring the reliable operation of the hydraulic system in harsh environments and preventing hydraulic system failures due to water ingress.
Safety system control: connected to the forklift's safety systems such as seat belt reminders, reversing radars, and anti-collision systems. When relevant safety conditions are met or triggered, the waterproof switch controls the start or shut down of these safety systems through electrical signals to ensure the safety of the forklift operator and surrounding personnel.
