The micro switch is mainly used in air fryer as follows:Control the opening and closing state of the fryer door.When the door of the air fryer is closed, the door presses the micro switch to close the internal contacts, thereby sending a signal to the control circuit to inform the fryer that it can start working. At this time, the heating element, fan and other components of the air fryer can start normally.

If the fryer door is accidentally opened during operation, the micro switch will immediately sense the opening state of the door, and its contacts will be disconnected. After receiving the signal, the control circuit will quickly cut off the power supply of the heating element and fan and stop working to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of users.Detect the insertion and removal of the frying basket.

When the frying basket is correctly inserted into the air fryer, the micro switch will be triggered to send a signal to let the control system of the air fryer confirm that the frying basket is in place and allow the cooking program to start.

When the cooking is completed, the user removes the frying basket, and the micro switch acts again to send a signal to the control system, which can be used to prompt the user that the cooking is over, or to perform some subsequent circuit reset operations.

The micro switch can ensure that the air fryer operates in a safe state. Only when the fryer door is closed and the frying basket is correctly inserted, the micro switch will be in a closed state, allowing the fryer to work. If any component is in an abnormal state, the micro switch will disconnect the circuit in time to prevent the air fryer from operating in an unsafe state and reduce safety hazards.
